Description

Job Description:

  1. Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide guidance on HR & GA related matters.

  2. Overseeing talent mapping, hiring process, updating procedures, supervising the team, tracking metrics and evaluate suitable candidates for their positions.

  3. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.

  4. Ensure HR operations are running smoothly (such as: database, payroll, etc.)

  5. Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies (ATK) and medical supplies for the company.

  6. Develop, maintain and monitoring employee leave, attendance, and other HR administrative processes.

  7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office consumables and ensure cost-effectiveness.

  8. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all GA-related transactions and inventory.

  9. Supervise the distribution and usage of office supplies across departments.

  10. Maintain an organized system for tracking and processing employee leave requests.

  11. Establish procedures for emergency medical supplies management and first aid resources.

  12. Prepare regular reports on GA expenditures and inventory status.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. At least 7 years of HR Strategic / Business Partner experience, preferably in a construction materials company.

  3. Experience in office administration and procurement management.

  4. Strong proficiency in MS Excel for creating and maintaining HR tracking systems and databases.

  5. Proven ability to develop systems for HR processes.

  6. Experience in inventory management and supplier coordination.

  7. Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.

  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

  10. Able to work individually and as part of a team.

  11. Placement in Kebayoran Baru – South Jakarta.
