Job Description:

Plan, manage, and ensure the implementation of HR&GA program including:

• General HR&GA, Compensation & Benefit, Organization & People Development

• Industrial Relationship

• Relationships and communication between the Company and the environment (stakeholders)

• HSE

Qualifications:

• 5 Years experienced in the same position

• Good understanding and able to implement the regulations related to employment

• Good understanding and able to implement Industrial Relations strategy & program

• Certified in HSE (Ahli K3 Umum)

• Good Negotiations Skill

• Excellent communication skill

• Leadership

• Willing to be placed in Lampung Tengah
