Description
Talent Pool currently assisting one of our client from Manufacture Industry for HR Manager role.
Key responsibilities:
-
Responsible for the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
-
Developing automation within the HR function and creating more efficient, effective, and accurate work processes
-
Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs to support the company’s business objective, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
-
Ensuring the accuracy of employee database and payroll administration
-
Collaborated the employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work culture
-
Managing the HR team and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services across the organization
-
Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
-
Collaborating cross-functionally to drive organizational change and continuous improvement
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or a related field
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in an HR role; experience handling legal matters in industrial relations is a plus
-
In-depth knowledge of labor law, company law, and regulatory compliance
-
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
-
Can quickly adapt to the strategic changes of the company and grow together with the company

Has excellent knowledge in HR generalist role’s (Recruitment/HRIS/Comben/OD/HRBP/IR/HR Policy)
